Catholic Diocese of Biloxi

The Gulf Pine Catholic is the official newspaper of the Catholic Diocese of Biloxi, serving as a longstanding source of news, information, and stories for the Catholic community of South Mississippi. For decades, it has helped connect our parishes, schools, ministries, clergy, and families by sharing the life of the Church throughout the diocese. Today, that mission continues through both our print newspaper and our digital news website, making it easier than ever to stay informed and share the good happening across our Catholic community.

Print Articles: For stories or events to be considered for the printed newspaper, please reach out to the Gulf Pine Catholic Office to discuss your content and the upcoming print timeline.

The Office of Digital and Social Media helps share the mission and life of the Catholic Diocese of Biloxi through our online presence. From social media and video to our website, email communications, and other digital platforms, we work to keep our Catholic community informed, connected, and engaged.

The office manages several social media accounts for the Diocese of Biloxi and our Bishop, along with other digital communication channels. We also manage select accounts for diocesan offices and ministries. Most other ministry accounts, as well as all parish and school accounts, are managed individually by their respective offices, parishes, and schools. We encourage collaboration across these platforms to help share stories, promote events, and connect our Catholic community with the broader community of South Mississippi
