During the June 5th, 2021 workshop at St. Vincent de Paul Elementary School, Bishop Louis Kihneman spoke to several Pastors, Deacons, OCIA (RCIA) Directors and lay ministers about the recent release of the Pastoral Guide for Evangelization and its importance to the OCIA (RCIA) Program (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults, previously known as, Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults).
