Adore takes place a few times a year at different churches within the Diocese. The nights feature a keynote speaker with our theme for the year followed by Eucharistic Praise and Worship, with Confession available.
The invitation to Adore nights are open to all. There is no cost to attend, but, donations are appreciated.

Join St. James Catholic Parish for XLT, an evening of Eucharistic Praise and Worship with Confession available, every Tuesday from 7–8 p.m. at St. James, 366 Cowan Road, Gulfport, MS 39507. This is a time to encounter the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament through prayer and music. All are invited to come and experience God’s presence in a deeper way. A time of prayer and public witness, focused on the conversion of hearts toward embracing the gift of life and the dignity of every human person. We ask the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary to guide the community in upholding a culture that values and protects life at every stage.
The local Walk for Life begins with a gathering for the Rosary at the cathedral, followed by a walk to Lighthouse Park for a small rally featuring speakers and Eucharistic Adoration.
